The hotel offers nice-sized rooms. It is located in a great shopping area. There are awesome restaurants nearby. The building and rooms are nice. The hotel provides a handicapped shower.

This hotel is close to all. I am not sure why someone wrote that the room was old and smelled of mold. The rooms are all updated and very clean and I am very picky. Close to all, great pool, super helpful front desk. We had a great time.
There isn't anything we did not like. For the amount of money we paid, the value was excellent. It was actually better than I expected.

The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and brand-new with a comfortable bed. The hotel had a central location next to all the shops. It was just next door to restaurants, the beach, a grocery store, and the downtown area.

Very walkable location. Park once and hoof it easily to most major points of interest.
The rooms with king-sized beds leave very little space for anything other than lying down. We were struggling to avoid getting in each others way. And the mildew smell seems a permanent condition.

Great location for visiting Laguna, especially by trolley.
Rates fluctuate dramaticaly during the week. Towels were very worn.

Free shuttle right outside the door takes you up and down PCH. Near good restaurants, bars and shopping.
Not there long enough. We did a quick overnight stay.
